Injured back help please
so I went into the front yard to wash out my gear from the mud run this weekend and leaned over its the hose , didn't particularly feel anything wrong but within a few minutes went toy knees . My back hurts so badly acros the Lower part across my hips . It's so painful to move . I've never experienced this, has anyone else…
