NSV: Deadlifted my body weight!
I've been doing New Rules of Lifting for the last 6 weeks or so and had gotten up to a 105 pound deadlift: 3 sets of 10 reps. Today, when I was done with that I increased the weight to 145 just out of curiosity... and I lifted it!!! It's such a great feeling. The scales hasn't moved much in the last couple of months so…
