NSV: Deadlifted my body weight!

I've been doing New Rules of Lifting for the last 6 weeks or so and had gotten up to a 105 pound deadlift: 3 sets of 10 reps.
Today, when I was done with that I increased the weight to 145 just out of curiosity... and I lifted it!!!
It's such a great feeling. The scales hasn't moved much in the last couple of months so knowing that I'm getting stronger is keeping me motivated

That is truly awesome! You are doing great, and even if the scale hasn't moved, I am willing to bet there is difference in your body composite! Keep up the great work!0

Congrats! I need to try this. I've been adding weight to my deadlifts very, very slowly, and have not even tried to figure out what my max is.0
