Unfortunately, yesterday morning I tore some ligaments in my ankle which will put me out of cardio work for a couple weeks. Thats one things Ive been putting a lot of time into too. Having this setback for a couple weeks is really going to mess stuff up for me. Any thoughts or ideas on how I can still work towards my goal…
New to this whole MFP, I'll be honest and say I never cared how I looked until recently. Junk food all the time, smoking and drinking certainly didnt help. Ive recently started biking about 8.5 miles regularly and weight lifting but the weight isnt coming off like I thought it would. Am I doing something wrong?
