Just had a baby.
Hi all! I just had my third child 3 1/2 weeks ago! I have about 50 pounds to drop. I used myfitnesspal in the past and had success with it. I need friends to help me on this journey. I am nursing so I am not sure exactly how many calories I should be eating in a day. I am thinking around 2000. I am 183 and 5'5.
