stuck
I've been at 16% body fat now 4 a while.. I"ve messed around with my eating from 5 meals a day to 15hr fasting per day. Cardio is good and strength training is good and pushing harder. I just cant seem to get past this 16%... any body been there... any ideas... 195lbs, 5"10", long runs 3 times a week with field intervals…
