stuck

I've been at 16% body fat now 4 a while.. I"ve messed around with my eating from 5 meals a day to 15hr fasting per day. Cardio is good and strength training is good and pushing harder. I just cant seem to get past this 16%... any body been there... any ideas...

195lbs, 5"10", long runs 3 times a week with field intervals other days with strength training 3-4 time a week

    you left out the most important piece of info - what is your calorie intake and what is your TDEE? Are you estimating or measuring and weighing?

    Do more core exercises , eat more lean chicken and veggies, cut carbs down more, do more hiit cardio, drink more water...

    depending on nutrition, take in more protein, take supplements cla, fishoil, glutamine bcaas etc
