I am looking for motivational supportive friends to take on this journey. I have 100+ pounds to lose so I will be hear for awhile. :)
My fitness gives me percentages for the carbs/fat/protein. They have me set at 50/30/20. Are these good percentages to lose by? Should I stay under these percentages the best I can? Some days it seems very hard and I am not sure if I should follow them like I do my calories. Also does anyone eat there exercise calories?
Does anyone have any good advice for starting over and making it stick this time? I want to lose weight but struggle with staying focused and not getting bored.
