Is cardio straight after weight training detrimental?
I've been getting on the treadmill and jog at a fair pace usually for about 10 minutes after weight training. I usually get quite a sweat going. Some people seem to think doing this is detrimental to muscle gain. What do you think?

Should I buy a weighted vest for push-ups and pull-ups?
I usually workout at home and I do a lot more than 10 push-ups and pull-ups before I feel any kind of burn (admittedly not as many pull-ups). I'm curious if the 8 to 10 rep rule applies to gaining mass with these exercises? I'm considering buying a weighted vest to get me back into the 8 to 10 rep range.

What are the hooks called that keep earphones in place?
Some people wear what can be best described as hooks to hold earphone/ buds in place. What are they called? I dont want actual hook earbuds, just the hook to attach to earbuds I already own. Ive searched but cant find any that arent actual headphones. are they actually sold separately? If not, then recommend me a pair.

Is 2100 cals too low? Whats ideal for 6ft 2" ?
I've done the P90x program for 90 days and I roughly lost 25 pounds. I do a 40/40/20 split and I've been trying to get 2100 cal a day.
