Today I fit into my size 8 jean-skirt that I haven't been able to wear since 2010! I am down from a size 14 from August 2012. Yay!
I just finished Day 8 of Level 2 and I can finally do all the "plank" exercises without flopping into a pile for 5 seconds in the middle of it all. I can also sit up straight in the stretches at the end, which feels like a huge NSV for me, fitness-wise. :smile: Anybody into level 3 yet?
