Keep each other going...
Looking for friends to add to keep me motivated and accountable. I'm dealing with some 'injuries' and it would be great to hear from others with some trouble with workouts. I've a bunion on my right big toe and an ulnar nerve issue in my left elbow and like most people, low back issues. I log everyday!

Emotional eating....
Help! How does one stop emotional eating when in pain and not allowed to exercise? Any and all suggestions will be helpful....I was doing so well and then nerve issues happened in my left arm from a previous injury in 2011.

Exercise not being saved
why is the log book not holding my exercise? I checked it, saved it and it's gone....tried this 3x and even restarted my iPad....

Standing all day....
I'm a florist and I stand for 8-10 hours per day....does that count as an exercise of some kind? Nobody ever gives those of us who have active jobs any hints, etc....it's always geared to the employee that sits for 8 hours a day.
