feeling rundown and tired
I'm not hungry/craving today. I keep my calories at at least 1500-1700 90g protein 49carbs 32net (Salads nuts beans) the rest fat. I drink alot of water. Eat alot of sodium but I feel so rundown and tired today. I just want to rest and sleep today. Any advice how to kick this draggy feeling?

I am having a hard time getting back on track after cheating this summer. I am usually fine after 2-3 days once I get into ketosis but keep cheating before I get there. Is there anyone out there that wants to buddy up to keep each other on the straight and narrow??

under 1200 calories
I sometimes get the red warning sign that I need to consume more calories but I so don't feel like eating more especially if somehow I missed a meal and don't want to overeat at night.
