TDEE/BMR Help?
Hi everyone, So I've seen some posts about TDEE, BMR etc and I worked mine out (BMR - 1708.3, TDEE - 2342). From what I've read, I'm supposed to eat between those 2 numbers right? or 20-30% below the TDEE number? According to Google, 20% of 2342 is 468 so am I meant to eat 1874 calories per day?
