I go to physical therapy for my right shoulder so therefore my left shoulder gets it also. and i have to use weights and the rubber ropes,and more would that be classify as exercise, also do a nun-stepper.. where you sit on it and moved arms and legs . i do this 2 times a week, hope to do it more..so does that help for…
