I'm getting ready to have a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy on the 12th of Jan and i need help.. My daughter is helping me,but i need people that maybe went thru what I'm getting ready to go thru, then after operation i will need to stay on a calorie,High protein and very low carb diet.I'm 64 years old and weigh 330 pounds no thanks to Holiday lol
