Hello mfp. I've lost 50 lbs in the last 4 months and how just as I find myself so close to my goal of being finally back in great shape I seem to be losing my motivation. Its very hard to stay focused and find ways to get to that final shredded goal. Anyone feel free to add me for soje mutual motivation and support. Stephan
