Hello all
I've been a member of mfp for quite some time but this is my first time posting. I was 210 lbs in early june of this year. I am how down to just over 160. Now I need to find the motivation to go the final distance and add some muscle back on to my frame. Please feel free to add me. I could use all the support I can get.

Congrats on losing 50 lbs, that's awesome!
Just eat a small surplus over your TDEE, lift heavy, and up your protein intake and keep at it. I'm sure you'll get some nice results over time!0 -
Thanks for the advice0
