Dieting on a budget is very difficult, any way to make it easier and still achieve results?
So while entering in my calories before my dinner my husband asks me if I need to add in fresh/raw veggies. I always have, but I wonder if I need to. If the veggies/fruit isn't compromised does it really need to be added in?
