So while entering in my calories before my dinner my husband asks me if I need to add in fresh/raw veggies. I always have, but I wonder if I need to. If the veggies/fruit isn't compromised does it really need to be added in?

Let's me put it this way. If a banana contains about 100 calories and you eat 5 of them and don't log them, there's your calorie deficit for the day gone. What do you think?0
