Hey there. I am currently doing the 30 day shred and am trying to find the next best workout for when I finish it. I have heard people talk about Julians "No more trouble zones" but I haven't heard anything about the results. Would love to hear if it benefited anyone and see pics???

I am trying to find a good workout that I can do in home. Was really inspired by the 30 day shred videos but saw a few videos on zumba and thought that might be good too? Has anyone on here done zumba fitness and stuck with it? Any before and after pics? And if you didn't like zumba... what in home workout worked for you…

one easy step to a healthier you... 30 day challenge!
A few years ago I made this goal to myself..... Do a minimum of 50 situps in the morning and a minimum of 50 situps at night. Do it every night for thirty days. I recorded it on my calender by putting the number of situps I did in the morning in the top corner and the number of situps I did that night at the bottom corner.…

What to eat????!!!!
I am considering doing a week of fresh fruits and vegetables to give my body a break from processed foods, but I can't think of anything I can make. I am a HUGE fan of sweet potatoes, apples, grapes...but what to make? I have no good recipes? Can anyone help me out???
