What was your calorie intake/ eating liekk during the shred? My body type is very similar to yours, and I am on a 1800 calorie diet on mfp. I haven't cut out all those bad foods, but I do stick to my calories.... just curious. I on day 2 of the shred and would love similar results to what you have....

I love it baked... I just wash it, and bake it in the skin wrapped up in tin foil.. When It is really soft I take it out of the skin, mash it up and put butter and salt on it. mmmm... makes my mouth water! lol

It is nice to know that even if you may not be diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, that some of you share similar symptoms as me. All though non of them are good, but it's nice to know that I am not alone.
-
I am not ruling out other things such as CFS. Or depression, but when researching it seemed that Adrenal Fatigue best suit what I was feeling. But I suppose CFS could also be the case, or even depression.

thanks so much! I guess it is worth a shot. I know it's not for everyone, but maybe it is for me! :)

Is anyone noticing a difference yet? Still sore or no? I feel like there is a difference, but I am just now noticing I am not as sore as a few days ago. I forgot to do my situps last night because I was out fishing til 3am, but I am making up for them today,... :)
-
Yeah. I am not too sure about zumba for that same reason.

I have been keeping up with them, and was pretty sore these last few days, but not so much today. Happy to be on my way to a stronger core! :)

I also would like to know how everyone is doing it? Great job everyone!!! :)

I like that even though I was not happy with myself, that I never stopped giving to other people. I love helping people, and now I am helping myself. I love that about myself today.

Hope everyone remembers to do their 50 this evening! Even if you are tired and wore out from the day, it only takes a few minutes. :)

My breaking moment was last weekend. I went downstate to visit one of my friends who is in college. A few of us went shopping and I felt so out of place. We went into stores like american eagle, and abercrombie... etc. I was so upset because I wanted to buy clothes but couldn't fit into anything. I felt like a cow standing…

If you have a hard time doing a full situp try laying on your back and fold your legs up and then doing crunches by touching your elbows to your knees with your back still on the ground. Make sure and not strain your neck. I do 50 crunches in the mornings and 50 full fledged situps at night because they both work different…
-
remember your situps tonight everyone! Keep with it... if it burns its working hahaha
-
Anyone can do this. If situps just arn't your thing then create your own 50 challenge. Do push ups, squats, jumping jacks.... whatever challenge is best for you. I hope everyone sticks with it and see's the great results! Good luck everyone!!!! :)

I think it depends on how much you weigh. Some people it takes about 15-30 pounds. When I was really heavy it wasn't til I lost 30 pounds. Measurements are a great thing. You will get excited when you see the inches being trimmed off around your waist and hips..... try that.
