I am considering doing a week of fresh fruits and vegetables to give my body a break from processed foods, but I can't think of anything I can make. I am a HUGE fan of sweet potatoes, apples, grapes...but what to make? I have no good recipes? Can anyone help me out???

There are a TON of really good, whole foods based recipes. I have been eating that way since March of this year. The Engine 2 Diet website has a lot of good ones. Also, the Happy Herbivore Website has great ones. It is http://happyherbivore.com/. I have two Happy Herbivore Cookbooks, and love them. Everything is whole foods, plant based, low in fat, and everything that I have made so far has been delicious!0

Sauteed Brussel sprouts with olive oil & minced garlic are always a fav of mine. Also Moroccan stew is always good. There are so many recipes for it. I don't really follow a recipe when I make it. But this is a good one

http://ohsheglows.com/ This is a vegan recipe site so most things are very clean! there are some things with rice, barley and beans but you can either alter those recipes or find ones that ar 100% fruit and veg, although i think if its clean and good food you should definitely be able to include grains as well0

I am obsessed with roasted vegetables. I don't know if your plan includes oil, but. just a little with some salt in an oven makes for some tasty things.0

Just pierce the sweet potato with a fork and put it in the oven. Tiny bit of butter and it's like candy.0
