Is anyone doing / thinking of doing The Fast Diet (or 5:2 Diet as it's sometimes called)? If so, how are you finding it? Do you find yourself counting calories on non-fast days or do you just eat as you please? Thanks, Clare :)
Does anyone in Scotland (preferably Glasgow) know where I can find this elusive vegetable?? I keep seeing loads of yummy looking recipes using it and can't seem to find it anywhere. I've done a Google search which suggested that Waitrose and/or the Whole Foods Market in Giffnock stock it but neither of them have it :(
