Does anyone in Scotland (preferably Glasgow) know where I can find this elusive vegetable??

I keep seeing loads of yummy looking recipes using it and can't seem to find it anywhere. I've done a Google search which suggested that Waitrose and/or the Whole Foods Market in Giffnock stock it but neither of them have it
