IP foods are so expensive can you swap out Atkins bars and shakes for IP? Has anyone done this successfully?

Ideal Protein
a friend of mine works for Ideal Appeal in Pittsford. It is Ideal Protein and it is really great It is very healthy but it is a bit expensive but the result amazed me. If anyone is interested I will give you her info. Tell her Judy sent you. happy losing :-)
