I am trying to stay on the 1200 calorie a day plan, but when I exercise, MyFitnessPlan bumps my calories up to compensate for what I've burned off. To me this is counter-intuitve? How will I lose if I am adding back in everything that I burn off? Thanks for the input ; )
When I look at the pie with percentages of carbs/proteins etc what should the percentages be?
I a bit confused, what should I focus on - net or total calories? Am I SUPPOSED to eat my exercise calories, or am I supposed to stay within my 1200 per day?
