When I look at the pie with percentages of carbs/proteins etc what should the percentages be?

Whatever you find will work for you, basically.
Some find they get on best with a pretty even balance, some find they do best with higher protein, moderate fat and low carbs, and others still find they thrive on higher carbs, moderate protein and low fat. I myself have mine set to 45% Carbs, 30% fat and 25% protein. Try to keep your protein higher than the mfp recommendation as they recommend too low an amount.0
