homemade granola bars?
I'm looking to make something that I can snack on throughout the day; and I love granola and protein bars! I know they are usually loaded with sugar though. Does anyone have any recipes to make this kind of snack myself?

It might seem like a lot, but I really want to loose between 50-70 lbs before I take that walk! I started using MyFitnessPal last week, and I haven't lost anything yet, but I am really committed to reaching my goals. Any advice to keep me motivated and on the right track!?
