312 days until I'm married!

It might seem like a lot, but I really want to loose between 50-70 lbs before I take that walk! I started using MyFitnessPal last week, and I haven't lost anything yet, but I am really committed to reaching my goals. Any advice to keep me motivated and on the right track!?

    You already have lost! You just don't see it YET! Keep doing what your doing and you will see results in the mirror,clothes,sleeping,from others,& finally the scale. Do not let the scale be your report card,weigh once a month.If you do all you can do & use MFP correctly[accurate] the results will show in the long run.
    The only thing thats stands in your way is yourself....Good luck! Going to be a great day!:wink:

    I think you have a very healthy goal!!! One suggestion that I started using is I keep a 'fat' picture very close to me and before I eat anything I think of that picture and remember what I look like, it has helped me control my eating along with using MFP and watching my calories.   • I lost 15 pounds before my wedding in only two months. I kept a picture of my wedding dress with me in my purse at all times. Seeing it reminded me of my goals! Don't forget to start using light weights to tone your arms, it makes a big difference in wedding pictures!! Good Luck!
