Working out Hard, not exceeding daily calories, NOT LOSING:
Somebody, anybody, please tell me what is going on. I have started a new 8 week workout program with interval running 5 days per week and strength training everyday. My calorie intake is 1,450 daily. The first two weeks, I lost 5 pounds. This past week, I was on my cycle. Suddenly, I gained 2 pounds and worked out harder…
