What am i doing wrong?
I'm sticking to my 1200 calories a day and trying to eat a healthy diet - which I think I achieve 80% of the time. However i'm struggling to lose weight and when I've weighed myself this morning I've put on 1.5lbs. I feel totally disheartened by this. My food diaries are open if anybody could give me some advice.
