Protein: Before or After workout, that is the question :)
So I have heard that it is better to drink your protein either before or after your workout but I can not remember which. And don't know that it is really true. Anyone heard this or know more?

Hello all! I'm so excited to have found this site! And I can't wait to loose weight & get healthy together! I have been heavily as long as I can remember.
