When to weigh yourself?
Who else here weigh themselves every week? And if so, when at the end of the week do you weigh yourself? In the morning after waking up? Or at night after your last meal?

How come none of the strength training gives how much calories are burned? Do you not burn calories?

Someone told me that you burn more calories in the early morning rather than later in the day. Is there any truth to this?

Counting calories
Myfitnesspal states that I should not under eat for my calorie counting. My question is: does it matter what time of the day I eat as long as I meet my calorie intake? Would it be ok to eat all my calories later on during the night? Or should I try to eat most of my calories in the morning?
