I'm trying to teach myself to run and I'm not doing so well. Is there anyone out there willing to run with me so I can be more motivated and learn at the same time?
A friend of mine said that she doesn't eat her exercise calories back after a workout. Instead, she saves them until the weekend, especially if she knows she's going to eat out. Has anyone else ever done this before and if so, did you gain any weight?
I'm new to MFP and I'm looking for friends for motivation and encouragement.
