T.O.M and exercising question
I find it quite uncomfortable to exercise while TOM is around, but I feel guilty because I ditch my work outs for the 5 days that I have to put up with TOM.:ohwell: My question is, do any of you ladies not work out during TOM? and if you do, what do you do to make it easier and comfortable? MFP: "You are eating too few calories..."
After completing your daily food diary, how many of you are told by MFP that you are eating too few calories and blah blah blah..? Do you always eat the recommended amount? What about the calories you burn with your daily workout, do you eat them back?
