59LBS down and counting
me and my oldest daughter at I think is my biggest in 315Lbs. Oct. 2010 today April 15, 2011 at around 243Lbs. I weigh-in in the morning :)

what do you think it will be like after you hit your goal? do you think you will still post on here or log everyday? I hope I don't lose the desire to log on MFP, I love all my friends and they help me so much :bigsmile:

4.5Lbs. mini goal
I was sitting here looking at all the success stories and thought I would post my mini week goal I set for myself last Saturday, Well I crushed it and hit a 6Lbs loss :) sometimes you need to set goals and post them on your home page to see if you can achieve them, It helps motivate yourself and others to do these thing…

Do you guys run around the house with no shirt on like me :) my kids (all girls) always say something...lol "ewh!!! her naked again"...lol lady's if you do I wont believe you unless I see proof ....LOL

goals set in stone
dates set for my goals, 220 by the end of May, 185 by the end of Oct. anybody want to join me for some goals? I think this will help me cut out some of the things that are holding me back by having more people help keep me in line :)

Subway sandwiches
I tend to judge everything to a sub from there, I just looked at my breakfast a thought, 520Cals. with what I just made I could've had a foot long? how can they make a sub with so few calories, if I tried this at home it would be a easy 1200Cal sub and thats with low fat low calorie meat, mustard and no cheese.

I have a lot I use for different things, treadmill- Metallica, Megadeth, Ozzy, Pantera, Linkin Park lifting weights-The Cult, AIC, Korn, Black Sabbath, KISS, Scorpions, Beastie Boys cool down/ sauna- Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley Whats yours????

Weight vest
The day after Christmas I seen at least 6 people running with these things on, I even seen a lady putting weights in one. anyone use one of these things? how much weight does it hold, it looks pretty cool

I just went to see my doc today to get a new prescription for my high blood pressure and he told my about an app hes been using "live strong" well I cant find it on my phone HTC but, I found this one and it looks like its pretty cool, well I hope we all find what we are looking for, good luck to you all, Eric
