need friends my size!!

I'm looking for some guys to be friends with to get ideas from, I started last week at 302 and lost 7 so far im also 6 foot tall and 39 years old.

I really believe no matter what the weight we still have some of the same problem. I replaced a chemichal dependency (at a healthy 4'11 tall 92 lbs,) for a food dependency (Still short lol, now 130 lb.). I know that doesnt sound much but at my height, its considered obese with my body fat. You have my support. I am just struggling with saying no to the foods I love. Good food is an important part of my life, but I cant let it get me out of controol anymore
