I have a lot I use for different things,

treadmill- Metallica, Megadeth, Ozzy, Pantera, Linkin Park

lifting weights-The Cult, AIC, Korn, Black Sabbath, KISS, Scorpions, Beastie Boys

cool down/ sauna- Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley

    Girl Talk - All Day...pop mix that's just over 1 hour long.

    I find the music less important than the tempo / beat count of the music when running.
