Breastfeeding Moms
Hi I had my little one back in March and have been trying to figure out a time to work out. Seems so hard when your breastfeeding on demand and your little one does not have schedule. I've been able to squeeze small amounts of strength training and cardio but it's never consistent. Do any of you have tips or advice?

Hi So originally I opened this account to start working out but never went through with since lifes little curve balls. Well I am tired of the BS and ready to have a change. So I plan to start working out in the morning in the free workout facility here at my apt. Any advice? I also plan to go for walks later in the day…
