Hi

So originally I opened this account to start working out but never went through with since lifes little curve balls. Well I am tired of the BS and ready to have a change. So I plan to start working out in the morning in the free workout facility here at my apt. Any advice? I also plan to go for walks later in the day with my LO.

Also considering doing the insanity workout starting Momday. Anyone try it? Cons Pros?

I really hope to meet some new online friends and hope to get some encouragement as well as pass some encouragement ☺
