So this group is about juicing in general, as part of our regular nutritional routine, as opposed to the popular juice fast/cleanse promoted by the fat sick and dead.

I'm surprized about the amount of calories and sugars in the juices i make. I typically will have 2 16 oz glasses of something like carrot, apple, lime, greens of some kind, 1/2 a beet and maybe a thumb of ginger. Chia in juice
I often add pre-hydrated chia to carrot and other juices. It reminds me to "chew the juice" to start the digestive. Juiceman Jay said that you can digest better when you "chew the juice"
