Ok. So I finish phase 1 tomorrow, and weigh in Sunday. But I weighed myself today and all in,all I've lost 5 pounds in phase 1, so I was curious what your results were phase 2 versus 1

Am,looking into getting a calorie counter device thingy. Sorry not sure what to call them, but have narrowed down to the Fitbit or the Bodymedia fit. I have,an Android phone and pretty good wifi access. Any suggestions?
