I'm in the same boat. Since this time last year I have regained the 40 pounds I had lost. Now I'm more dedicated than ever to lose the weight and keep it off! We can do this

I am going to add in my own cardio (I miss my runs- haha never thought Id say that!) on a few days. If I dont work on my rest days and dont do something I have the tendency to graze a lot. Also just some days I feel like I could do more so I will.

Running men in Cardio one. Kill my knees. I do jump rope or speed skaters in place. Still getting arm,and leg movement. Just keep moving.

I started this morning too. am doing the Kickstart as I have been stuck since beginning of the year. Following kick Start diet,pretty much full on. After will be sticking with 1200-1400 daily. Let's rock this! Friend me if anyone wants

Thanks everyone! Start tomorrow. Plan on following kickstart week pretty close. After that will stay within what mfp tells me as far as calories and macros and see how it goes for a couple weeks and adjust accordingly

Wow! You guys have given me a lot of info! Thanks so much. Have decided to go fitbit one, I don't plan on doing any other logging beside mfp so the fact that they link I love! I have to wear a lab coat at work and IM thinking an armband under would get in,the way. Look forward to seeing you all on the fitbit site!
