    Welcome! My simple tip is to keep things simple.
    - Make small changes, one at a time
    - Don't worry about these 'macros' everyone talks about. Just eat more healthy food than you do junky food.
    - Give up NOTHING that you enjoy. Too hard to stick w/ it if you cannot have treats. Just stay close to your daily calorie goal.
    Once you get the hang of it, then feel free to make things more complicated. LOL
