it keeps telling me that I've lost more than 10 pounds
since the last time I set my goals, which is accurate, but every time I tell it to reset them for me, nothing happens, everything stays exactly the same as far as my daily calorie intake and so on. any help would be appreciated. thanks everyone.

cottage cheese ideas
I love cottage cheese plain and I love that its loaded with plenty of awesome protein. But I get sick of eating it plain sometimes and I was wondering if anyone had some good ideas to give it a little more excitement.
