Holy Cow, running at 9.0 for ten minutes are you super woman or something dang, At my very best tip top shape I could never get over 8.0 and I could only hold that pace for 2-3 minutes Wow thats amazing.

Oh wow you've lost 124 lbs, that is just soooo awesome, way to go. I have only lost 34 and have about 50 to go and already my clothes are giving me issues, and I dont want to go buy anything new yet and then that be too big here in a couple of months, its a tough thing, but we can all relate.

You look great. Congrats on a new healthier life. Other than tracking food and calories, what kind of exercise did you do to lose all that weight ? I've lost 30 so far and have 50 more to go, any tips would be appreciated. Once again congrats.

I agree, no running in the winter for me, and I even have an indoor trainer for my bike.
