In 2013 I lost a LOT of weight on MFP. I have been raising two kids and a husband since and have gained all my weight back plus some. I'm currently down 20 lbs and looking for some faithful friends to help motivate me along the way!!

Joint pain
I've been exercising about 5 times a week doing both cardio & strength training. My last attempt of exercising back in the fall ended due to knee and joint pain in the bend of my legs. What can I do to relieve this pain so that I can continue exercising like I need to? Thanks.

Success with TDEE -20%
I just recently changed my calorie goals to my TDEE -20%. Even though I am a bit wary of it, I feel like it better suits my lifestyle. Wanting to hear from some of the MFP folks that have had success losing weight with this particular course of action! Also, did you all eat your exercise calories back or no? Thanks!

I've just quit.
I still track every now and then but the past week and a half I have REALLY just about given up and for NO reason. One bad day has led to another and I've quit working out as well. This is awful. How can I convince my eyes and stomach to get back on track?

LOVE it. But do you guys drink it within 7 days or go by the date on the carton? I can barely drink half a carton in 7 days and I feel like I'm totally wasting a good carton when I throw it out after a week.

Not losing.
I lost 9 lbs before the holidays on MFP. Wasn't exercising much at the time and gained some back during the holidays. activity levels?
question. since I'm at home most of the time taking care of my two children do you all think my activity level would be light activity or sedentary? i do exercise also. but i also sit in the floor playing a lot. Just wondering because that makes a big difference in my caloric goal. Thanks.

POPCORN!!!
Okay. I'm at my wits end. I just ate some popcorn, and I have no clue whats up with the label. Every single time I eat popcorn I measure it out with a measuring cup. I almost always get 6-8 cups. Not 11 like the label states. So how the frick are you supposed to count your calories??

Weighing in.
Those of you who are successfully losing, how often are you weighing in on the scale? I'm about two weeks in and feel obsessed with weighing. How do you all suggest I overcome this?
