I'm new to MFP. Right now I'm just trying to figure out how to eat 1270 calories/day. After a week of feeling hungry all day, I haven't lost any weight. :( Next I have to figure out how to work exercise into my life. I'm looking for supportive friends.
Anyone else busy homeschooling their children and trying to figure out how to get in shape and eat right on a tight budget and with little free time? I'd love to "friend" you!
Do I need to buy a scale to weigh my food? How am I supposed to know how much lettuce is 3 oz?
I hope I will be able to do this. I spend practically every waking moment taking care of and teaching my children.
