Jillian michaels body revolution.
Okay so, I borrowed this from a friend and I was just wondering if your supposed to do phase one for a week and then move onto phase two. Or if you do phase one the first day, phase two the second, and so on and the after phase 4 go back to one again? I'm so confused. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it :)

How to start running?
i've never been a runner, but i would like to be... can anyone help me to know how i should start off, or build myself up from walking to running? i hate treadmills so this would be an actual outside walk turned into run? Anything would help, i have no idea how to begin :)
