how's everyone doing?
Hey guys! Just wanted to see how Insanity is treating everyone. I'm towards the end of week 2. It has definitely become a love hate relationship. It's so hard sometimes to push play but once I get through the warm up, I'm pumped! I dont feel like I've gained much in the way of physical results, but I totally feel stronger.

Ok this may be a dumb question but is cardio circuit and plyo cardio circuit the same thing? I borrowed the program from a friend so i don't have all the info that goes with it. According to the schedule, it says tomorrow I'm to do the cardio circuit DVD (week 2 day 2). But after looking through the dvds, I don't see one…
